Crescelo uses the providers below to run the service. Each is bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum (/dpa). Customers who connect their own AI provider, calendar or other tool control that connection themselves.

We will update this page at least 14 days before a new sub-processor starts processing customer personal data. To be told about changes, send a request through https://www.crescelo.com/support/contact with the subject "Sub-processor updates".

• Vercel Inc.: Application hosting and delivery (serverless functions, CDN). Data: All data the application handles in transit; request metadata. Location: Mumbai, India (primary function region); global edge network.
• Oracle Corporation (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure): Primary database (PostgreSQL). Data: Account data, knowledge-base content, conversations, leads, appointments, logs. Location: Oracle Cloud region selected by Crescelo.
• Upstash Inc.: Rate limiting and short-lived caching (Redis). Data: IP-derived rate-limit keys, cached retrieval results. Location: Region selected by Crescelo.
• Lemon Squeezy, LLC: Payment processing, subscription billing and sales tax as merchant of record. Data: Billing name, email, billing address, payment method (handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store card numbers). Location: United States.
• Resend, Inc. (or the SMTP provider you configure): Transactional email (confirmations, notifications, alerts). Data: Recipient email address, message content. Location: United States.
• Google LLC: Sign-in with Google (OAuth), reCAPTCHA bot protection, Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies), Google Sheets if you connect it. Data: Name, email and profile picture for sign-in; reCAPTCHA signals; rows you choose to send to your sheet. Location: United States / global.
• AI model providers you connect (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek, or a self-hosted model): Generating assistant replies. Data: The visitor question, relevant knowledge-base passages and recent conversation turns. Location: As set by the provider you choose.
• Groq, Inc. / Google LLC (Crescelo’s own AI engine): Powering the assistant on crescelo.com, the public playground, and any assistant left on the free engine instead of the customer’s own key. Data: Messages typed into those assistants, the passages sent with them and, in the playground, the documents a visitor adds. Free provider tiers may let the provider use content to improve its services; connect your own paid key if that is not acceptable. Location: United States.
