WhatsApp and Telegram are included on the Agency / Scale plan, and you set up the accounts yourself. Phone calls are under development and not available yet.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. It uses Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, which you set up with your own Meta developer app.
Is there a cost from WhatsApp or Telegram?
Telegram bots are free to create. WhatsApp conversations may be billed by Meta according to their pricing.
Can it answer phone calls?
Not yet. Phone calls are under development.
