Slots are locked
While one visitor books a time, it is held so a second visitor cannot take it. If it is just gone, they are offered the next slot.
Confirmations and reminders
Visitors get a confirmation email with a private link to reschedule or cancel, and reminders before the appointment. You are notified by email and in the dashboard.
Add to their calendar
After booking, visitors can add the appointment to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or any iCal app.
Your calendar feed
Every booking appears in a private feed you subscribe to from Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar.

Your calendar feed is read-only: bookings appear in Google, Apple or Outlook, but events you create there do not block Crescelo slots. Two-way calendar sync is in development.
QUESTIONS
Good to know.
Can two people book the same time?
No. A slot is locked while it is being booked, and a taken slot is no longer offered.
Does it sync both ways with Google Calendar?
Not yet. Bookings are exported to a feed you subscribe to; two-way sync is on the roadmap.
Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes. Each confirmation email has a private link for that.
Can I keep using Calendly?
Yes. Choose Calendly or Cal.com as the booking option and the assistant sends visitors to your link.
